Did You Know?

Did you know that the moment a child in 4th grade decides to play an instrument, his or her parents are automatically considered Band Boosters?

Littlestown Band Boosters is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that comes along side the school’s music staff to support the music program in financial and tangible ways ensuring that the music programs continue to provide students with a well-rounded education.

Booster Fundraising: Annual Events & Other Projects

To underwrite the expenses of all the projects we undertake, the Boosters hold several annual fundraising events.

Annual Car Show (last Saturday in July )

Shrimp Feed in January (3rd Saturday in January)

Outdoor Festival of Bands Competition (3rd Saturday in October)

Indoor KIDA Competition (February)

Dunk Willie booth at the local carnival (August)

Volunteer Needs

In order to do what we do for the band program, we need ALL parents who have kids in the band to become active in Boosters and assist in some capacity.  There are numerous "jobs" that need done, anything from simply being there as a chaperone, to helping to feed the kids before a competition, to donating food items, to helping build props, sew costumes or flags,  to serving as an officer or on a committee, helping coordinate an event or serving as a project manager.  WE NEED YOU!
